  • Credit Card Requirement: A credit card is required for all reservations made via the Hyatt booking link.
  • Important Policies
    • If the group rate is no longer available, prevailing rates may be offered for some or all of your dates.
    • Cancellation policies will apply if you do not arrive on your scheduled arrival date. The policies related to your reservation will be provided at the time of booking and are also detailed in online, email, written, and faxed confirmations.

Shangri-La The Fort (BGC)

  • Available Rooms: Around 20 rooms are available until 4 January 2025 (Saturday)
  • Booking Link: The booking link will be provided once the agreement is signed.
  • Validity: From February 4 to February 8, 2025, , subject to room availability, especially during peak periods.
  • Bed Type Preference: Bed type preferences can be noted as a request but are subject to availability.
  • Non-Smoking Policy: The hotel is strictly non-smoking in compliance with Executive Order No. 26 (Smoke-Free Environments in Public and Enclosed Places). Violators will be fined PHP 10,000.00 nett. The designated smoking area is located at the 2nd level outside the main hotel lobby.
  • Cancellation Policy
    • If you do not arrive at the hotel on your scheduled arrival date, the hotel's cancellation policies will apply. Please refer to the confirmation details for full cancellation terms.

    • For stays of less than 30 nights, cancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee of 1 room night.
    • In the event of a no-show, a charge of 1 night's rental will apply for reservations of less than 29 nights.
